Prior to Alvin I received an estimate which didn’t seem correct. Alvin was honest and diagnosed the problem which was completely different than the prior plumber. He offered different options one which was more conservative and the latter which was not immediately needed. He wasn’t in a rush to have me commit to only 1 expensive solution. It’s been 2 years since he fixed the problem with no further incident. In fact I’ve called him back a couple more times since. This company is honest, competent, professional, and reasonably priced.
